1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to the public website operated by Visual Normality, a business established in the Netherlands. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Separate written agreements will govern paid services, customer environments, pilots, software access, support, professional services, confidentiality, and processing of customer personal data. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for its subject matter.
This website is primarily intended for business and professional audiences. It is not currently an online shop and does not offer consumers a checkout or subscription purchase.
2. Website and product information
The website describes Visual Normality’s direction, concepts, prototypes, and proposed capabilities. Demonstrations may use illustrative, simulated, or generated environments and data. They are not evidence that a capability is generally available, validated in your environment, certified, or suitable for a regulated decision.
Do not rely on this website or a prototype as engineering approval, a safety assessment, regulatory advice, professional advice, or an authoritative record of a physical operation. Validate decisions using competent professionals, current source systems, applicable procedures, and appropriate evidence.
We aim to keep public information accurate but do not promise that it is complete, current, or error-free. Product plans, designs, features, and availability may change.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use the website for lawful evaluation, research, and business communication. You must not:
- interfere with the website, bypass security, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, or introduce malicious code;
- use automated means to extract substantial content, train a competing model, or reproduce the website except as permitted by law or written agreement;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- upload or send unlawful material, credentials, malware, or information you are not authorised to disclose;
- use the website to infringe rights, violate export controls or sanctions, or facilitate unlawful activity;
- present prototypes, generated images, or illustrative outputs as measured operational evidence.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users, or legal rights.
4. Intellectual property
The website, its text, visual identity, software, interface, product concepts, demonstrations, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Visual Normality and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Visual Normality,” “VN SyntaGraph,” associated marks, and the provisional logo treatment may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use the website for its intended purpose. No other licence is granted. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
5. Messages and feedback
You retain ownership of material you send to us. You give Visual Normality permission to use ordinary enquiry content as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Do not send confidential, proprietary, sensitive, patient, export-controlled, or regulated operational information unless a suitable written agreement and secure channel are in place.
If you voluntarily provide general feedback or suggestions without a confidentiality obligation, we may use that feedback to improve our work without payment or restriction, provided we do not claim ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or later integrate third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and Visual Normality is not responsible for third-party content or availability except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any public page, demonstration, or feature. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Planned product capabilities are subject to development, validation, commercial agreement, and applicable regulatory or technical constraints.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visual Normality excludes implied warranties concerning the public website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Normality is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the website, or from reliance on illustrative product material. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.
Any liability limits for a paid product, pilot, or professional service must be agreed in the applicable customer contract and are not established by these website terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands unless mandatory law requires another forum.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written notice and reasonable discussion.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date shows when the current version begins to apply. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
